1. Account
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in method. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.
2. Your content
You retain your rights in your content. You grant XLog a non-exclusive license, limited to what is necessary to provide the service, to store, transmit, transcribe, organize, generate, display, and export content you submit. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for legally required retention or a brief backup cleanup period.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload content and appropriate consent where it concerns another person.
3. AI features
AI-generated titles, summaries, recaps, or responses may be inaccurate and are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Review them before saving or sharing. You can always edit or delete generated output.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
- Do not bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape at scale, or abuse interfaces.
- Do not use XLog to harm, harass, impersonate, or unlawfully monitor others.
5. Service and changes
We work to keep XLog reliable, but networks, cloud providers, and maintenance can cause interruption. Features may change for security, compliance, or product improvement; material adverse changes will receive reasonable notice. XLog 1.0 does not include subscriptions or physical-goods transactions.
6. Termination and deletion
You can stop using XLog or delete your account in the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate an account used unlawfully, abusively, or in serious breach of these terms, with notice or an appeal path where reasonable.
7. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, XLog is provided as available and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
