How to start
- Open XLog and go to Profile.
- Tap the Settings button in the top-right corner.
- Choose “Delete Account and All Data.”
- Read the notice and enter “DELETE.” Accounts using Sign in with Apple must confirm with Apple again.
What is deleted
Completed deletion permanently removes your authentication account, profile, memory entries, interview sessions and messages, recaps, album-related records, and photos, videos, and recordings in private storage. On-device caches, drafts, and pending uploads are cleared too.

If you cannot sign in to the app, email privacy@tjykai.com from your registered address. We will verify identity before acting. Never include your password, access token, or private memory content in email.
